Who would have believed this was a bungalow which we didn’t even knock down – just added to and converted!
Another completed project on the prestigious Wansunt road in Bexley which involved the design of a double storey house extension and addition of 1st floor to what was originally a bungalow. The style of the Bungalow was identical to the pic of neighbouring property to the left. New design was modern, yet rustic incorporating bifolding doors, juliet balconies and french doors. Also creation of a grand staircase with open landing and glass feature windows bringing in lots of natural light into the ground floor entrance. The open plan Kitchen/Diner is spacious and works really well wrapping around into a soft seating area that is open yet quite private and shut off from the hussle and bussle of the Kitchen.

This was a huge transformation from the original bungalow and actually took us over a year to get approved by Bexley Council after a lot of negotiation. We got there in the end with an amazing property and fantastic, happy clients – makes it all worth while!
