51 Kemsing Road, Greenwich
Design of a single storey infill/wrap around extension to a Victorian end of terrace house in Greenwich. Design included various roof design options such as lean-to glass, flat roof with glass skylights, pitched roof with Velux roof lights. All options involved taking out the side return wall to existing rear annex, infilling the side alley with a single storey extension and a further single storey extension on the rear with wrap around bifold doors. This provided an amazing light and airy modern open plan Kitchen/Diner. Also Ground Floor WC and foldaway Utility. Challenge was to get the maximum allowed under Permitted Development as Greenwich Council can be quite restrictive on this type of design.
84 & 86 Forest Hill Road, Forest Hill
Design of two single storey house extensions wrapping around existing rear annex's on traditional Victorian mid terrace properties. Both properties carried out simultaneously - both with modern open plan Kitchen/Diners and Island units, one with addtional Bedroom and one with Pantry and WC. Both with soft seating relaxation areas backing onto the modern sliding and bifold glass doors.
82 Gravel Hill, Bexleyheath
Design of a double storey house extension and ground floor family room opening onto new garden patio. The single storey family room was designed with a special door system and steel structure creating a floating roof with large skylight that does not require a supporting corner post. This creates unobstructed views of the garden when the doors are open in summer. We also created a utility room, study, open plan Kitchen/Diner with central island unit. The original narrow entrance was opened up into a wide grand entrance hall with double glass doors leading into the new Kitchen/Diner casting lots of natural light from the front to the back. In the living and dining rooms we created illuminated feature bulkeads giving ambient lighting that reflected back onto the ceilings. At first floor level we created a new master bedroom and ensuite and reconfigured the remaining first floor space with dressing rooms and extended landings to make it flow better. The staircase was also relocated.
5 Manor Gate Lane, Wilmington
Design of a loft conversion to form a comfortable living area and bedroom for a detached house in Wilmington. Involved cutting out pre-formed roof trusses and insertion of large steel beams to support new floor and ashlar walls. Also prefabricated pitched roof dormers on front and rear roof pitches were extremely quick and easy to install.

Design of a wrap around double storey extension and loft conversion to form a large luxurious 6 bedroom home in one of Bexley's most prestigious and exclusive roads. Included an amazing open plan Kitchen/Diner with island unit opening out onto flush patio and garden beyond. Included a bespoke glass atrium bringing in an abundance of natural light through the roof right down the main staircase into the large entrance hall on ground floor. Loft was converted into a large Bedroom with Ensuite. This was one of our largest projects completed to date which both us and our client is delighted with.
12 Manor Gate Lane, Wilmington
Design of a single storey extension creating an amazing open plan Kitchen/Diner with floating corner. Also extension of the existing detached double garage joining it onto the house and creating a Utility Room, Boot Room, Music Studio and additional Storage Room. Forming a new doorway from the new open plan Kitchen/Diner into the Boot Room and a new entrance door from the driveway improved accessibility massively and means Geoff, Deborah and their kids can come into their new home, kick off the muddy boots, hang up the wet jackets without coming right into the neat and tidy part of their home. What was unique on this project was the floating corner with secret sliding doors that neatly slide away behind walls completely out of sight. When the large format glass sliding doors are opened up in the summer you have complete uninterrupted views of the garden and patio area which just looks fantastic. For the music studio we designed some additional sound insulation material with sound absorbing surfaces to prevent reverberation.

Bluelime completed the design of a two storey house extension creating an open plan luxury Kitchen/Diner, Bedrooms and Ensuites. The rear bedrooms were fitted with double french doors, full height glass side panels and glass juliet balconies providing an amazing view over the spacious rear garden.
77 Wansunt Road, Bexley
Design of a double storey house extension and addition of 1st floor to what was originally a bungalow. The style of the Bungalow was identical to the pic of neighbouring property to the left. New design was modern, yet rustic incorporating bifolding doors, juliet balconies and french doors. Also creation of a grand staircase with open landing and glass feature windows bringing in lots of natural light into the ground floor entrance.
