Double Storey Side Extension, Loft Conversion & Porch

For our clients at 56 St Pauls Road, we designed a modern double-story side extension and loft conversion to a suburban traditional terraced house on the edges of Sidcup and Orpington. The extension allows for a larger open plan kitchen which opens out to a newly upgraded patio area. The new areas are accompanied by natural light via roof windows and bi-folding doors, allowing for a lighter and airier feel. The additional space was also used to create a ground floor utility room and toilet, whilst the loft conversion was used to create a new master bedroom. The extension also has a gable extended pitched roof that maintains the traditional aesthetic of the house.
