Tina handles all our incoming calls and ensures the phone is answered after a few rings. Our policy is to never a miss call and Tina ensures calls are always answered and directed to the right individual seamlessly, even if that person is not in the office. Tina runs a tight ship and keeps us all in line. She is an expert in call handling and spends a lot of her time talking to customers and taking down critical information so we can follow up on initial client enquiries. Getting the right information from that early enquiry is critically important and Tina’s great at it. She is very personable and professional in how she deals with all callers whether clients, suppliers or wrong number callers. Tina also manages our automated message service so if anyone happens to be on a call already when she tries to divert another call they will get an instant message to return the call and all the detail about what the call was about. Its all super efficient and Tina is a crucial part of our business as she is the first person anyone gets to speak to when they contact our company.
