Completed Loft Conversion by Bluelime for a Loft Conversion Creating Cinema Room and Additional Bedroom.
PLANNING AUTHORITY APPROVED: DARTFORD
Design of a loft conversion to form a comfortable living area/cinema room and bedroom for a detached house in Wilmington. Involved cutting out pre-formed roof trusses and insertion of large steel beams to support new floor and ashlar walls. Also prefabricated pitched roof dormers on front and rear roof pitches were extremely quick and easy to install.
This was actually one of our easiest loft conversions. The roof structure was perfect to cut out and replace although the steels used as the main supports were large and needed to be craned in. Client is delighted with the space we created and has already recommended us for two other jobs in the same private estate, one of which we have completed already.
